On this day in 1969, Led Zeppelin released their second self-titled studio album. The Atlantic Records-released album was produced by Jimmy Page and recorded over six months between four European and three American tours. It peaked at #1 in both the UK and US, selling over 12 million copies in US alone. Here they are performing the album's hit single "Whole Lotta Love."
