America in Central Park
They used to do regular summer concerts in Central Park all the time; I don't know if they still do 'em there. They got so huge when Simon & Garfunkel and Garth Brooks did their concerts (in a different part of the park) and there were hundreds of thousands of people. This was a smaller venue where they regularly had concerts. Funny, they had this big mirror above the stage so you could stand behind the band and see them from the front in the mirror. Those were the days when I traveled around with America quite a bit, so I got to stand up on stage -- an All Access pass, anywhere I wanted.
