Sopwith Camel
This is one of my favorite groups from the '60s. My good friend Erik Jacobsen, who produced The Lovin' Spoonful, also produced The Sopwith Camel. They didn't have as much success, but they did have some really, really good songs. This is the five original guys; in fact this was a cover of Cashbox magazine. Later they all moved to Marin County up in Northern California. They're all around doing various musical things to this day. But they were a terrific group that never really got their due.
