The Pointer Sisters
This is The Pointer Sisters when there were four of them. This was again for that German magazine Bravo, and it was up in Oakland. I actually flew up there with a German correspondent and we went to a rehearsal and then we went out on the sidewalk and took these pictures. Later one of the girls decided she didn't want a career in showbiz – she probably didn't know how big they were gonna become! But this was the original four in December of '73.
